I am accepting clients
I believe that everyone has the capacity for growth and change, and that therapy can help unlock that potential. I provide a welcoming and supportive environment where my clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences with curiosity and compassion. Therapy is a dynamic process and I consider it a privilege to be a witness to the transformative experiences that often unfold.
I approach therapy collaboratively and from a strengths based, relational perspective. Simply put, I meet people where they are. I help people discover solutions that work for them by utilizing evidence-based approaches like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS). My therapeutic lens is also informed by polyvagal theory, which focuses on the role the autonomic nervous system plays in our emotional experience.
I began my therapeutic work as a student intern in 2021 at a small private practice, helping individuals overcome mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, family conflict, interpersonal conflict, chronic stress, and childhood trauma. After graduating with my Master’s in Social Work from UMass Global in 2022, I have continued my one on one work with individuals. I consider myself a lifelong learner and can often be found with my nose in a book or at my computer participating in an online training, usually with my dog curled up at my feet for company.
