Diana May is a dedicated Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology. She specializes in working with individuals, families, and couples, providing compassionate support for those navigating depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, mood and personality disorders, and trauma.
Diana utilizes an integrative approach, drawing from Psychodynamic Therapy, Mindfulness Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and *Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to help clients gain insight, build resilience, and foster meaningful change. She offers a non-judgmental and culturally affirming space, welcoming people of all backgrounds, including BIPOC communities.
Grounded in a whole-person approach, Diana tailors interventions to meet each client’s unique needs, incorporating diverse therapeutic tools and resources to support their healing journey. Her goal is to empower clients with the skills and self-awareness needed to navigate life’s challenges with confidence and clarity.
